Refund Policy
(The payment can be transferred to another person for course fees.)

Cancellation more than 14 days before the arrival date: Full deposit will be refunded, minus a $100 processing fee, or you may choose to reschedule within one year.

Cancellation 7–14 days before the arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be charged, or you may keep the deposit and reschedule your dive within one year.

Cancellation 3–7 days before the arrival date: Deposit is non-refundable, but you may reschedule within one year.

Cancellation within 3 days of the arrival date: Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

For PADI courses where the eLearning has been issued: Deposit is non-refundable, but you may reschedule the course within one year.
⚠️ Regardless of natural disasters or personal reasons, for refunds (not rescheduling), a $100 processing fee will be charged. Refunds are only available to Taiwanese bank accounts and will be processed within about one month after submitting the refund form.
